Requires:
Professional Engineer License (Indiana and/or Illinois preferred, but can obtain license in one of these states after employment).
WILL CONSIDER RELOCATING A "PERFECT FIT" CANDIDATE 
TEN+  years experience with seven or more specifically designing water treatment facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
Fluent with computer software including Microsoft Office 2000, and other applicable software packages.
Knowledge of AutoCAD helpful.
Specific background in water waste water system design.
Ability to speak effectively before clients.

Duties
Develop engineering designs of water waste water treatment plants.
Evaluate existing plant designs in preparation of design of changes or improvements.
Prepares engineering plans, specifications, estimates, schedules and change orders for water waste water public improvements.
Attends public meetings with municipal engineers and clients as required. 
Act as senior member of team projects.
Maintains knowledge of latest trends, standards, and other innovations in the field of civil/municipal engineering through attendance at conferences, participation in professional societies, and reviewing trade publications.
