RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage US product office for small business payment solutionsDevelop, deploy and manage all small business card products/solutionsOversee business unit providing service to US regionP&L owner for US small business payment solutionsSet product development/management strategy and executes on overall Visa small business payments strategic vision and annual operating plans for the US regionManage product development, deployment, and management for all US specific small business productsProvide segment SME expertise to internal and external constituents Focal point for all things related to US small business; small business ambassador for the US regionDrive cross-functional product/platform initiatives with multiple divisions to achieve operational deliverablesProvide platform for US to increase small business segment revenue consistently by double digit growth ratesDevelop long-term objectives and strategy for US small business product development/managementAccountable for US small business product P&Ls for all small business products e.g. debit, credit, premium creditInitiate new business and small business product/platform ideas Develop programs critical to enhancing Visa's market position and expanding Visa's solutions offering to the small business segment within the USManage the US small business product department, consisting of 7 people deployed across multiple Visa small business products and issuer clientsOperate business with 3-5 year strategic horizonMake strategic and operational decisions that develop and execute on the Visa small business strategyManage US product P&Ls for all small business payment productsManages several product and/or segment-specific cost centers that make up the US small business product budgetDirect small business segment investments across product, technology/platform and marketing (~$65M+) Make key operational decisions affecting multiple functions and divisions across Visa, including sales, marketing, operations, risk, and other product groups.Key member of the small business management team, and overall Product senior leadership teamDecisions impact the near- and long-term growth and success of Visa small business
