Key responsibilities of the Sr. Billing Representative include:
Ensuring the patient information is accurate Producing and submitting claims to payers Following up on outstanding claims and post payments Troubleshooting claims issues Making sure the process is compliant with CMS and state regulations Educating customers on billing procedures Minimum requirements include:
Medical billing experience Accounts receivable experience The ability to resolve complex customer billing issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills  In addition, assets that would be helpful include:
