Description: Territory Management System / Sales Force Automation -Responsible for answering field sales personnel questions , attending/presenting at sales meetings and working on upgrades to the SFA system (in regard to idea generation, testing and documentation of upgrades and not code or development). Includes classroom training of Field Sales Personnel in various capacities. Strong project management and organization skills a must, with experience working in validated environments a plus. Technical Training: Responsible for the training of key applications to Field Sales Personnel as well as coordinating the rollout of new operating systems, hardware or application packages to all Purdue employees. To include the development of training material and scheduling of classes if necessary. Support: Responsible for the support of the Client Delivery Systems group and its functions not listed, if necessary. Qualifications: Educational Requirements

Technical Skills
Advanced knowledg of Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency a must. Knowledge of SFAs and field sales is required. Experience such as Siebel, Dendrite or Stay in Front SFA experience is highly desirable.
