Senior Project Manager

Will lead a design team handling ground up and inline food court and restaurant design work. Supervising the architectural processCoordinating and reviewing construction drawingsMaintaining strong client relationshipsOverseeing project timelines, manpower scheduling and billingDeveloping CD’s; coordinating consultantsDirecting team members at all levels of contract administration

 

To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of related experience specializing in the food/restaurant industry. Strong AutoCAD skills and code knowledge are essential, as is solid knowledge of architectural assemblies and mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. You must also have excellent communication skills. Architecture, Construction Project Management, and Building Code experience are definite assets. Approximately 15-30% travel required.
