Traditional administrative support for VP Finance and Loss Prevention, North American Delivery as well as 5 direct reports.Traditional support to include handling travel arrangements, scheduling conference calls, meetings, conference rooms, managing calendars. Producing power point presentations (monthly business review package, other adhoc presentations) Producing excel based reports.
