Position Description:

•Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work a flexible schedule dUring peak periods and must be team oriented and have a commitment to meeting tight deadlines. •Provides support to the Corporate Reporting & Consolidations Group including financial statement consolidation, SEC reporting, and technical accounting in accordance with GAAP, as well as compliance with SOX and internal and external regulations and policies. Incumbent will be responsible for: •Coordinating monthly consolidation process, interacting with other personnel (domestic and foreign) as required to ensure accuracy in financial statements, compliance with deadlines, proper documentation and other corporate reporting requirements. •Preparation of SEC filing documents (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K) and annual shareholder report, including communication with business units in order to obtain supporting documentation for footnotes and MD&A. •Compilation and distribution of monthly financial reports, including requested analysis of actual results. Preparation of schedules to support Cash Flow initiatives, audit, tax and regulatory reporting. •Providing support in assessing newly issued technical accounting issues as well as appropriate application of existing technical accounting guidelines, particularly with respect to SEC filings. Participation in SOX and management testing. •Supporting other areas of Corporate Accounting as necessary. Perform research, reporting and analysis, and purchase accounting. Participate in and/or lead special projects. May have some indirect supervision of other accountants.

Qualifications:

•BA/BS in finance or accounting and 4+ years of related experience. CPA and/or MBA preferred. Strong PC skills. Familiar with large, automated financial systems (SAP, JDE, etc.) •Demonstrated experience with consolidation, ERP and Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, Excel and Word. •Strong PC skills as well as experience with large automated, integrated systems (SAP preferred).
