This prestigious Florida Public Accounting Firm has a unique opportunity for a high energy Professional Trainer with CPA / Public Accounting experience for their “Internal University.”  This is an incredible opportunity to work with the best in their field to establish training objectives and thereby develop the appropriate curriculum and training materials required  to deliver results.  To ensure success on all levels you will also have the opportunity to assist in policy development and training seminars for clients.  Experience delivering technical information within the Accounting and Financial markets is a HUGE PLUS!!!!  Once again, this position is open to supporting that special someone with pizzazz and presence who may offer a strong Public Accounting and CPA background however is looking to transition into a Trainer type role. 

•          Certified Public Accountant

•          5-7 years experience in audit, accounting or tax practice

•          “Power user” of accounting software programs

•          Significant experience training others, both one-on-one and in large groups

•          Substantial experience writing manuals and reports

•          Expertise in Microsoft Access a plus.

Working in a team environment, you’ll be responsible for establishing objectives, developing curriculum and training materials, and delivering classes in assigned professional and technical areas.  You will also assist with special projects like report writing and policy development, and may provide training seminars for clients.  A sincere interest in helping others grow, enthusiasm for professional and technical learning, and the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment will be keys to success in this position. 

Salary $50K-$75K, commensurate with experience, full benefits, SPECIAL PERKS, and great opportunities for long-term professional growth.  This position is located in Miami with limited travel and does offer relocation assistance.  We look forward to introducing you to this sunny and warm Southern Florida firm.
