SummaCare, Inc., a regional health insurance company based in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to prospect new accounts, facilitate sales and implement brokered accounts.

The successful candidate will prospect and review qualifications of new leads to generate profitable accounts through sales activities (e.g., personal introductory visits, networking, telephone calls, letters and follow-up communications).

Requirements include: 4+ years experience managing and servicing accounts within a broker agency or a healthcare organization, coordination of open enrollment activities, premium/rate development, and working knowledge of insurance products and benefit plan designs.  Bachelor Degree or may substitute with 4 years like experience.  Candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree may substitute 4+ years commensurate experience.
