Wireless Connections, Inc. is in need of a service and repair technician to work on all Sprint and Nextel products. Qualified candidate must be able to not only fix/repair phones but to be neat and orderly and process paperwork. Must be organized and detail oriented. Job Duties are as follows:

1. Diagnose and repair Sprint/Nextel cellular phones

2. Process insurance claims through Sprint's Advanced Exchange program

3. Follow all service center guidelines held by Sprint

4. Track all service parts and phones

5. Communicate with customers about their repair issue and the steps required to repair their phone

6. Experience with Microsoft Office, majority of paperwork requires Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
