Louisville based employer

seeking mechanical HVAC

site superintendent with 5 years +

experience for heavy mechanical

interior renovation project in

Springfield, IL.  Performs general

duties which would be inherent with

this supervisory position.  Review

schedules against construction activity,

review submittals, conduct weekly meetings,

act as quality control.  Should be skilled

in Microsoft Office.  GSA, Corps of Engineers,

or other Federal construction experience

helpful.  CQM certification preferred but

not mandatory.  All of the work will be

performed in the evenings. Background check will be required for employment and must be approved to work on government property.  Any previous felony convictions or indictments disqualify candidate according to federal government requirements.  Immediate short term assignment with long term potential.
