Entertainment Cruises, Inc, the nation’s largest harbor dining cruise company with multiple brands, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its DC operation. We are a growing, dynamic organization with operations in seven cities. 

Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for the delivery of our product to our guests by managing and motivating their staff to provide outstanding customer service and an experience that “WOWs” each and every guest.

THE POSITION
* Shift management

* Fiscal responsibilities to include weekly and monthly reporting and accounts payable
* Hiring and training of all restaurant staff.
* Scheduling & payroll
* Other duties such as uniform inventory, gift shop, or entertainment.

THE REQUIREMENTS
* BA or BS (preferred), hospitality degree a plus
* Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management experience

* Basic accounting skills
* Experience in a high-volume, full-service operation
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and able to work in high-pressure environment
* Strong customer service & leadership skills
