Speech and Language Pathologist
Total Education Solutions (TES) is the leading national provider of outsourced special education compliance and staffing solutions to public education agencies. TES currently provides compliance and staffing solutions to over 200 public and charter school sites, representing 70 school districts and 35 Special Education Governing Entities.
Seeking individuals to provide itinerant speech and language pathology services necessary to meet the goals and objectives of each pupil’s Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Requirements:
Must be licensed by the State of Ohio or the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
(ASHA). Must have a Masters Degree.
Must possess knowledge of Ohio Operating Standards, Ohio Administrative Code and Ohio Operating
Standards Serving Students with Disabilities regarding programs and pupils.
Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with professional and paraprofessional personnel in carrying out an effective instructional or remediation program for speech/language students. Must have a working knowledge of modern office technology, equipment and procedures.
Experience in compliance monitoring of state and federal regulations regarding special education,
including facilitating IEP meetings, required.
A valid OHIO driver’s license, automobile insurance with a minimum of $100,000.00 liability coverage,
and ability to drive to various sites to provide services a must.
A current background check through the FBI and the BCI must be submitted. Current TB test (within the
last 4 years).
