Elite Corporate Finance group for Top Brand Name Diversified Company seeks driven, intelligent Corporate Finance Professional with top pedigree to join team in implementation and analysis of strategic impact projects

Responsibilities:
• Develop a solid understanding of company’s business (including customers, competition and industry).

• Create and maintain economic models for analysis purposes, preparation of business plans and conducting competitive and market research.
• Design, execute, and deliver various research and analyses. This will include preparation of recurring and ad hoc analyses and reports on the industry/competition/customers.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for existing and new business in support of specific strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:
The most qualified candidates will have a background in financial planning and analysis including project-based work as well as experience within one or more of the following industries:  investment management, information technology, communications, media, management consulting, investment or commercial banking.

Skills, Education, and Personal:
• Bachelors Degree required; MBA/CPA/CFA desirable
• Total of 7+ years business/analytic experience; strong general business knowledge; general understanding of GAAP, competency in reviewing financial statements, identifying key business value drivers and developing pro forma and projected financial data.
• Experienced in writing issue-based financial performance explanations and business plans utilizing financial modeling skills – proficient with Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects, must have strong project management, organizational, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Respect for others and the desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
