As a Sous Chef with Maggiano's you'll be expected to: Open or Close the kitchen Effectively communicate and connect with staff and guests alike Maintain food quality standards - including consistency and presentation Interview, Train and Develop BOH staff Lead with Passion and by Example Manage production in main/banquet kitchens Maintain all menus and recipes used in the restaurant Maggiano's Chefs are treated to a feast of rewards and development opportunities. Our unique Culinary program, which takes you through 11 weeks of hands-on training, allows you to master one area of operation and continue to the next center of excellence... .Executive Sous or Executive Chef.
