a la mode is looking for smart, quick-thinking, customer-focused individuals to support the nearly 100,000 real estate professionals that use our desktop and web-based applications.
Applicants are expected to have basic Windows and Internet troubleshooting abilities. We'll train you over the specifics for our products, which include SQL, .NET, Flash and more. Prior phone experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you. Increased pay for bilingual (Spanish) technicians.Realize that a la mode is more than just a 'call center'. For the last 20 years, we've done it all right here in OKC: support, development, MIS, sales, marketing and upper management. This position is full-time with starting pay ranging from $10.50 - $12.00/hour and the company pays for your health, dental, vision and life insurance. There's also a generous 401(k) plan available with 100% vesting. (Of course, another cool benefit you'll use every day is our café with soda, sandwiches and other food - all company provided.)
