A Lansing workers’ compensation insurance carrier seeks an Analyst/Software Specialist with strong Crystal Reports and Structured Query Language skills to create complex reports for Accounting, Claims and Underwriting departments using MS Access, Oracle and SQL databases in a Windows client server environment.  Visual Studio, VB.NET and MS Office knowledge very helpful.  Previous experience with workers’ compensation or other insurance lines desired, but not required. This position requires 2 – 3 years similar experience.  Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects, have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.  Job candidates must pass a background check.
