Description: Candidate will develop and implement program quality plans and procedures using statistical quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analysis. Via this process the selected individual will ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. This individual will also review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies related to maintenance processes on complicated avionics systems to include the electronics and software associated with them, investigating problems and developing disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Will also be the prime interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. The individual will also interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters ensuring coordination between organizations. In addition they will provide coordination and guidance in preparation of technical appraisals of integration and testing of software on the VH71 Avionics systems during the test and evaluation phase of the program. Candidate must be able to obtain Top Secret security clearance with SCI and Yankee White access. Qualifications: Experience in Quality Assurance programs and policies regarding avionics maintenance procedures and overall knowledge of aircraft maintenance.

Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Required skills Experience in Quality Assurance programs and policies regarding avionics maintenance procedures and overall knowledge of aircraft maintenance.

Desired skills Familiar with Naval Aviation Support and Maintenance Systems. Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience A Total Value package.
