About Blackbaud
Blackbaud has most of the normal perks that mid-sized software companies tend to have: an onsite gym, a company cafeteria, a casual dress code, good benefits, and more. But thats not the main draw for most who come to work here. Employees say they love working here because they get a chance to develop state-of-the-art software technology while also helping nonprofits. They like the idea that our products are used to help make the world a better place.
Location does matter
Perhaps more of a perk than a main draw is our great location. Blackbaud is headquartered on Charleston, South Carolinas Daniel Island, surrounded by fertile saltwater marsh teeming with wildlife. Add to that the fact that historic downtown Charleston and some of the best beaches on the East Coast are mere minutes away, and youve got a pretty scenic place to work. We also have offices in Boston, Indianapolis, London, Toronto, and Sydney.
This role qualifies for H-1B visa sponsorship by Blackbaud. However, applicants must be able to show they qualify for an H-1B immediately (H-1B transfer) or are authorized to work in the United States until an H-1B is available.
