Reports to: Regional HR Manager (RHRM)
General Duties:
Staffing for designated Districts; recruit, perform interviews, run background checks, complete Phase 1 interviews, schedule drug tests, schedule training class, send offer letters, report back to RHRM about staffing progress as required.
Perform New Hire Day: orientate the new hires with the policy, procedures, and benefits of SM&P.
Team Meet Sites: Attend at least 3 Team meet sites per month in your assigned Districts. Some of the tasks will be, but not limited to: assess the morale of the team, communicate policy and organizational changes in a positive manner, staffing changes/needs/concerns, and all other HR related matters as deemed necessary by the RHRM.
Populate staffing reports: Update the Staffing reports for hires, terms, and RIF status of all employees in the District.
Employee Relations: Work directly with the District manager on any and all HR related topics and manage upwards to your RHRM before decisions are made. Some functions may include, but are not limited to: assisting the District Manager in needed areas as it pertains to corrective action, leadership building, day to day concerns, and forecasted attrition, perform administrative functions of promotions, demotions and terminations.
Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the RHRM.
