Diamond Detective Agency, Inc., is a growing national security guard services agency with over 1000 employees providing security services in 16 states across the U.S.  We are seeking a site supervisor to lead our staff at our client's site located in Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities:

Ensure personal availability 24 hours/day via pager, cell, home, phone, etc. Maintain contact with customers as necessary Act as liaison between customer and management Participate in staffing, recruiting, interviewing and scheduling as directed Ensure that all open posts are covered (cover if requred) Oversee post duties as required by specifications of contract Practice overtime avoidance Counsel and correct actions that violate company policy or contract terms Conduct weekly off-hour post inspections as needed to ensure qaulity assurance Communicate the need for additional coverage and ensure that proper documentation has been processed Maintain personnel files and compliance for employees under direct supervision Report all equipment and inventory monthly Maintain compliance for all reports and logs, including incident reports, login sheets, shift reports, supervisor itineraries and training reports Forward all sales leads and business develoment information to sales department Maintain current post orders for contract Execute additional assignments as may be delegated by management

Requirements:

PERC 20-hour training certificate 2-3 years experience in the contract security industry required 1 year in a lead or supervisory role required Must be able to demonstrate to communicate both verbally and written
