Your Responsibilities:
Philips Healthcare MultiVendor Services is seeking a Site Customer Support Administrator in South Carolina. Primary support for incoming telephone service calls from customer, dispatch engineers to service location. Obtain purchase orders for service activities and parts, executes parts orders daily, responsible for following up on orders and arrival times. Data entry includes local service management database, Lotus Notes e-mail, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Approach database.
Your Profile:
We are seeking candidates with the following:*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent telephone skills Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm Ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the corporation. Ability to work well within team based environment. Strong organization and multi-tasking skills Experience with PC tools (Excel, Word, Access/Approach or equivalent database programs) Lotus Notes experience a plus Past courses in job scripting a plus*Education and Experience HS Diploma Previous customer service experience required in both telephone and live/office environments Past experience in a customer service repair department a plusOther Requirements Hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Dress code is business casual Must be capable of providing own transportation (public or personal) to and from Site Assigned person will need to obtain hospital security badge and study/learn minimum hospital policies & procedures and security policy May be required at any time during employment to adhere to certification/credentialing required by Customer in connection with admission into its facilities to perform job duties. These customer requirements may include, but are not limited to drug testing, annual PPD, immunizations as dictated by the customer's JCAHO or facility policy.
