Job Description

We are currently seeking Site Acquisition Specialists, Land Use Planners, and Construction Managers for cell site development projects located throughout the state of Oregon. Responsibilities include site ID; zoning feasibility; negotiating price, term, escalation, equipment location, securing property rights; conducting high quality constructability review; reviewing title report for ownership, encumbrances, easements, etc.; preparing bid packages and BOMs; reviewing zoning drawings prior to submittal for compliance with public agency and client requirements; power and telco orders and delivery coordination; preparing zoning submittal packages, and working with jurisdictions for permitting approval, submitting and obtaining land use entitlement applications; construction project management; project close out and punch list preparation; regular reporting of project status and schedule.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 4 years of wireless site development experience Current experience with local entitlement procedures, jurisdictions & public hearing Wireless lease negotiation experience & the ability to close deals Knowledge and experience leasing, permitting, and/or constructing wireless facilities located on utility poles In depth experience designing and constructing wireless facilities in various types of sites: - Rooftops/TIs Water tanks Utility poles Collocations Raw Land, etc. Excellent research and organizational skills Experience in reviewing construction and land use drawings BS Degree or equivalent experience

Other Duties/Responsibilities

Infrequent travel may be required Ability to flourish in a high pressure environment Normal work schedule is 45+ hours per week Able to effectively communicate with disparate groups – MSC engineers, RF engineers, construction crews, legal teams, etc.
