Job Description:
Siemens Communications (www.http://enterprise.usa.siemens.com/home.html) is seeking an Operations Analyst to work in a dynamic and fast paced IT HealthCare Environment.

You will be challenged to multi-task by leading or taking part in the design, development and implementation of automated change management. You will lead various planned operational projects and take part in identifying others. You will recognize needs and identify solutions and be able to formulate plans and instructions in understandable language, both verbal and written, for all levels. Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efforts of team members, write procedures and work with other IT functional areas to integrate new applications into Computer Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
5 years experience in Computer Operations
2 years working directly in a Change Management role
Advanced problem solving skills analyzing data in support of systems management, maintenance and performance
Ability to work in a Change Control environment with hands on experience performing program moves between test and production

Project Mgt Skills:
Ability to lead projects including defining job scope and developing project plans using Microsoft Project.
Ability to formulate plans and instructions in understandable language, verbal and written, for all levels
MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio, Report Writer
Experience operating IBM Mainframe, CA products, JCL
Database reporting tools and database structure
Thorough understanding of backups, offsite storage, disaster recovery

DESIRED SKILLS:
Automated Change Management i.e. Peregrine
Open View, PeopleSoft, Quest Stat, Interface Engines, Netbackup, Autosys
1 or more of the following:

Programming, networking, security, database/system administration or architecting

Environmental systems: UPS, generator, Fire Suppression
Unix VI editor
REXX Scripting
