Job Description:

 

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Industry and Functional Solutions professionals have skills in design and implementation of industry and/or functional solutions to optimize a company’s or government’s business processes, management and relationships. Financial Services Insurance professionals have skills in analyzing, designing, building, testing and deploying Insurance industry-specific solutions, including innovating technology solutions to enable industry standards and processes.

 

Key responsibilities may include:

 

Functional lead involved in the implementation lifecycle of large, complex insurance systems implementation efforts Facilitating and leading business requirements, functional design and systems testing efforts for insurance systems implementations Participating on client teams in the review and re-engineering of life, pensions and annuity front and back office operations Ability to meet travel requirements - up to 100%

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

5 years of project management experience 4 years of implementation experience - Life Insurance Systems (preferred); implementation experience in the insurance or financial services industry (accepted) 2 years of leading design teams and requirements sessions 2 years experience testing new systems Bachelors degree Familiarity with life and annuity distribution, distribution compensation, customer service, new business, policy administration, billing and collection, disbursement, payout and claims processes and functions Worked for an Insurance company or another consulting company Open to 100% travel

 

Preferred Skills:

 

2 years experience in Life Insurance policy administration, or reinsurance 2 years in evaluating and reengineering insurance processes and operations

 

Professional Skills Required:

 

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to meet client travel requirements, up to 100% Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Independent working style Reliable Structured work approach
