Help LEE SUPPLY CORP. be a leader in the industry by acting as The Showroom Sales Consultant whom increases sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with the consumer public, suppliers, contractors and their clients in choosing plumbing fixtures and related items for kitchens, baths and recreational areas. Sales consultants provide expert product selection assistance, expediting orders from vendors and conducting customer visits as needed.

Qualifications

Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.

Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.

Is confident in a variety of settings. Has an unshakable belief in own skills and capabilities.

Capable negotiator. Clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions during discussions.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Generates leads through planning and persistence.

Experience selling products and services to major accounts in a designated region.

High School Diploma; some college, college degree; certifications or equivalent experience.
