The Judge Group, Inc. is currently in search of a Third Shift Shipping and Distribution Supervisor for an established Midwestern Food Manufacturing Company located in Kansas.  Currently seeking someone who will supervise 30 people in the shipping department as well as 40 drivers.  Individual will be responsible for supervising the shipment of products from production and sister plants to the sale routes and thrift stores. Qualified candidate will ensure all product is delivered according to order, time schedule and free from damage or contamination.  The shipping supervisor will schedule all distribution personnel (and transport runs where applicable) in such a manner as to provide for the most efficient use of the work force and the related equipment.  Qualified individual will effectively run the assigned shift and address and correct any issues as they arise to assure the proper outcome using good reasoning skills.  Candidate must possess high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years experience in the areas of material handling, warehouse, shipping, packaging, etc.  Candidate must also be able to move tractor-trailer's and have proficient office and math skills.  This is an excellent position with an established organization offering a Great Base Salary and Benefits.  Apply today to asteinwender@judge.com!

REQUIREMENTS:
