hire exceptional Site Supervisors.

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following requirements: 

Ø       Able to build a relationship of trust, credibility and mutual respect with customers and/or partners and internal team members.

Ø       Listens to, understands and anticipates customer needs.  Takes proactive steps to follow up on request and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ø       Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management and cross-functional team members.

Ø       Ability to maintain strong relations with operating partners.

Ø       Develop, train and motivate staff to achieve desired guest service and financial results.
