Positions immediately available in these markets:

Cincinnati, OHColumbus, OHLouisville, KYLexington, KY

Ideal candidates would be responsible for various sales, business operations, quality  reporting and the attainment of specified goals and objectives; ensure personnel completely understand sales/company initiatives and goals; prepare and reconcile payroll commissions; monitors budgeted commissions and expenses. Individuals would also be highly involved in recruiting, training, monitoring, motivating and coaching personnel in daily production and on-going activity.

Compensation:

Exempt Salary -commensurate with experience and education Bonus Potential, Full Benefit PackageRelocation if applicable

Qualified individuals will have at least 3 years in related management experience, excellent communication skills, and have a Bachelors Degree in a related field.
