We have design engineering and manufacturing operation that provides satellite earth station and radio telescope products worldwide. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The SATCOM Technologies Kilgore facility is looking for a Service Support Engineer to support the Technical Support Services Group. WHAT THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Provide engineering support for engineering related problem related to technical support tasks. * Acts on his own, or in liaison with the Engineering Depts to solve engineering related problems. * Assists in the development of new designs and procedures. * Acts as Project Engineer on Technical Support projects * Performs site surveys for antenna system upgrades, refurbishments, and retro-fits. * Interfaces with customers on engineering related problems. * Participates in internal and external project reviews. * Assists in quotations for technical support services * Coordinate trial assemblies and OSV efforts related to technical support projects. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
