Do you have strong service skills? Do you have the ability to multi-task and do you have solid verbal communication skills? Responsibilities include working on a team to market our Managed Account Program and out upcoming Mutual Fund Advisory Program. You will be responsible for answering incoming wires and phone calls, and coaching the Financial Advisors when new clients enter the program. Responsibilities
Gain full understanding of Edward Jones MAP program and the investment advisory industry.
Answer incoming wires and phone calls.
Proactively coach FAs, especially on the first clients into the program.
Revise and Update program content on JonesLink. Develop FA and BOA training manuals.

Requirements
Strong service skills, writing skills, use of PowerPoint, ability to multi-task, solid verbal communication skills, and willingness to obtain securities license.
