The Service Division of Edward Jones is seeking highly specialized individuals to serve as a service specialist in the Financial Assessment Service department. This job requires associates to have their Series 7 and 66 and developing in-depth knowledge of Edward Jones retirement, education, insurance, equity, and fixed income products, basic tax planning strategies, basic financial calculations, and IRS guidelines necessary to stay abreast of current events. This knowledge is used to interpret and respond to technical, sales and marketing requests from the sales force via phones and wires on the topic of financial assessment.

Responsibilities
Analyze and respond to technical and marketing questions and request from Financial Advisors, branch associates, CPAs, and clients via phone and electronically. Support the rollout and continued support of the new Financial Assessment tools. Become knowledgeable of Edward Jones financial assessment calculations, including calculation tools and departmental financial spreadsheets.

Requirements
Series 7 and 66 licensed is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in finance and/or marketing is preferred.

Two to three years of Edward Jones experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a background in sales and customer service, is strongly preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills are required to succeed in this role.
