A pioneer within the Oil and Gas Industry, leading the industry in technologically-advanced equipment and services for oil, gas, and produced water treatment headquartered in Houston, TX is currently seeking an experienced Service Managers. This position reports to the Branch Manager and is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

 

Position Description:

This position is responsible for the coordination of Customer Service Representative and General Service personnel within the local area. This role directs the activities of local service personnel to ensure timely and effective coverage of customer service needs, along with providing sales and service assistance to the area. Experience with Oil and Gas Operations, Service Technician/Troubleshooting, Gas Production Equipment, Dehydration Systems, Heat Treaters, and Separators is required. 

Directs, coordinates activities of service personnel. Coordinates deliveries of products and contract personnel. Makes necessary decisions on personnel, products, equipment required, and gives specific instructions to be carried out on locations.Builds and maintains customer relations. Responsible for sales of equipment and services for the local area, including quotations, pricing, service contracts and customer support.Offers field assistance and training to service personnel, trouble-shooting problems and offers technical support to customers with operational problems.Coordinates activities of contract personnel, ensuring proper legal requirements are met (insurance certificates, sub-contractor’s agreements, etc.), are in proper order and instructions for safe work environments and efficiency of job are communicated.Communications with local management as to needs of customers, and service personnel of new products, safety techniques, market conditions and product effectiveness.Provides backup support to manager in their absence.Actively supports, participates in, and maintains the integrity and on-going function of the company and facility’s safety program; ensuring a safe/healthy work environment.Actively supports and participates in the establishment of and compliance with the company’s Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Program.Performs a variety of functions necessary for the successful operation/facility, as assigned by the management of the company.

 

Education & Requirements

 

Associates’ Degree/technical school with a minimum of five years business experience. Three to eight years progressive sales and service experience in the area of oil/gas production equipment.Knowledge of personal computerValid Driver’s License
