Alsco, Inc. a leader in the textile rental business, has an immediate need for a Service Coordinator in our Greensboro, North Carolina service center. The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to handle customer calls related to service issues, add ons, new business opportunities, etc. The position will also perform other general administrative duties. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires past experience with in-house customer service and must communicate in a business like fashion to our customers over the telephone. In addition, the successful candidate must be competent in all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel. Alsco offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package.
