As a Senior Trust Product Specialist, you will serve as technical advisor for the Team Directors and other Wealth Management professionals. With your proven teaching and coaching skills, you will assist the Market Trust Director and Team Directors in providing technical training, regulatory and compliance oversight, resolution of legal and technical client issues and mentoring of other functional professionals within the Team. You will serve as a member of the Market Trust Administrative Review Committee (ARC) and special project task forces as requested. You may also collaborate with the Market and Team Directors in executing the performance management process. You will maintain your knowledge by managing a book of business including complex, high-net-worth clients. You will also be looked upon to generate sales opportunities and to support the sales process.

BS/BA required.

Professional certification a plus i.e. (JD, CPA, CFP, CFA).

Generally acquired through eight years in asset management, trust and financial service sales to the affluent market.

Extensive technical expertise and knowledge. Proven desire to expand knowledge base, proactive user of new products/solutions, abreast of current industry trends, etc.

Proven teaching skills. Effective at leading by example, providing coaching through technical issues/challenges.

Position may also be located in various Wealth Management offices in NJ.
