Job Summary
- In this position you will be operating under the general supervision of the Director of Contracts in preparing, conducting analysis and managing strategic agreements & contracts between ATK Integrated Systems Division, ISD and its major subcontractors.
- You will be providing major subcontract programmatic and contractual oversight including analysis & evaluation of subcontracting opportunities, negotiation of terms & conditions, development & modification of subcontract provisions, applicability of complex flow-down requirements, selection of subcontractors and the follow-on programmatic and contractual management of requirements.
- You will be responsible for programmatic and contractual management of strategic subcontracts ensuring cost effective performance and on-time delivery of quality products. Lead and implement strategic cost reduction initiatives with subcontractors.
- You will be the key person interfacing with Program Management and other departments regarding subcontracts requirements. Be responsible for proposal support including acquisition strategy and subcontractor selection. Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports regarding subcontract matters. Manage and monitor all aspects of major subcontracts.
- Be acting as liaison internally with Operations and Program and Contract management regarding subcontracting matters as well as being the primary external POC with subcontractors as required.

Basic Qualifications
- BS or BA in Business, Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred – with 7 to 10 years in subcontracts and (or) program management.
- Possess relevant experience in source selection and management of complex aerospace equipment combined with a successful track record of working in high pressure, short schedule environments. Be well versed with FAR, DFARS, and ITAR, regulations with prior experience in program management a plus.
- Possess strong negotiation skills, be a good analytical thinker and problem solver, and possess a keen sense of customer satisfaction focus. Having strong communications skills and reporting experience combined with excellent computer skills with MS Office tools will be necessary.
- US Citizenship is required with a DoD Secret clearance.
