Vermont Composites, Inc. is a Vermont based business specializing in the design and fabrication of advanced carbon fiber composite products for the aerospace and medical industries. We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration Specialist to provide additional IT expertise for our growing business.

Requirements: Ideal candidate must have 5+ Years MRP/ERP implementation experience across multiple departments in a manufacturing environment. Must be expert at developing documentation for source data, reports, processes etc. Must be adept at writing systems/process specifications. Demonstrated hands-on ability to develop and lead implementation of technological solutions/improvements to user problems. Expert skill with report writers. Ability to develop training programs for management, team members and end users. Preference will be given to candidates with EPICOR Vantage ERP. Crystal Report Writing. Aerospace/Government Contract Exposure. Lean Manufacturing.

EDUCATION: BS Computer Science or equivalent.
