We are looking for someone to join our winning team as a Senior Systems Engineer. QUALIFICATIONS • Familiarity with all of the following: • Windows 2000 Server, Terminal Server and Active Directory • Citrix Metaframe • Microsoft Exchange • Oracle or other Client/Server Databases • LAN/WAN concepts • PBX systems • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in computer science preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Capable of identifying and organizing solutions to multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong work ethic and pride in work LICENSE/CERTIFICATION • MSCE preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS • Responsible for maintaining Local Area Network • Responsible for maintaining Wide Area Network • Responsible for Software Implementation / Maintenance/ Upgrades • Responsible for PBX Moves/Adds/Changes • Responsible for Desktop Image creation, maintenance • Coordinate PC support for remote offices with outside vendors • Maintain ongoing log of all user support requests that easily identifies outstanding issues.
