We are currently looking for a qualified Senior SAP Human Resources (PA, PD and Time) Specialist with configuration and project implementation experience to join our Global Information Services team at our worldwide headquarters in Islandia, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configuration of the SAP HR system mostly in PA Time Management / Time Evaluation and CATS, Personnel Administration including Global Employee Management, and Shift Planning
* Experience with SAP tools such as SAPSCRIPT, CATS, CATT, ABAP Query, and Solution Manager
* Understand and maintain the integration points within HR modules, other SAP work streams, external systems and vendors
* Troubleshoot and analyze issues and provide on going support of the production systems, looking into OSS notes when required
* Follow the project lifecycle methodology, manage small projects, collaborate and assist team members to set direction and overall design strategy
* Gather requirements from business and design integrated solutions based on interfaces, BADI's, custom development, reports, and data transfers etc., which also improve IT compliance

Minimum Requirements:

* Typically 4-6 years of solid SAP Human Resources PA/PD and Time functional and configuration expertise preferably in version 4.7 and above
* Typically 2-3 years of full life cycle of large implementations in SAP HR
* Must have experience and knowledge of business operations, requirements gathering, business modeling, and design specifications
* Must have ability to apply sound knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HR related issues and pass on knowledge to other team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of ABAP to be able to debug issues in SAP HR and design solutions based on User exits, BADI's, ALE/IDOC, logical database, etc.
* Experience in International implementation of SAP HR, Structural Authorization, compensation management, payroll or ESS/MSS
* Experience in lifecycle of SAP system upgrade
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
