REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 2 years

Basic Qualifications:
• Four year college degree
• 2 years experience in Financial Services and/or Business Analytics

Other Required Qualifications:
• Advanced skills in Excel and Access
• Demonstrated analytical and communication skills

Other Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce.com experience
• Cognos experience
• Advanced MS office skills: Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Power Point
• Visual Basic, SQL and MCIF Database experience

DESCRIPTION

To assist the Managers of Sales and Service Information with the preparation, presentation and implementation of new system reports and enhancements.

Some of the duties include:
• Generating and analyzing information for market research/sales incentives & tracking.
• Make recommendations for strategic planning, product development and direct mail for First Citizens Bank and affiliate Banks.
• Design, test and assist with the implementation of the various Sales and Service Information databases and reports.
• Provide accurate daily/monthly feedback of pipeline activity, customer relationship management, new account sales and customer household data to Executive Management, sales associates, tellers and departments.
