RCG is seeking a sales executive for our Florida operations who can be successful working in a fast paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment. The position requires someone who is a proven strategic solution/Staff Augmentation sales expert and has an extensive and current contact base with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in Travel and Leisure, Retail, and Financial verticals.
Mandatory Skills:
- 50% Solutions / 50% Staff Augmentation.
- Mandatory industry/technology specific knowledge of horizontal/vertical markets, Business Intelligence, Application Management, e-Solutions, Project Management, and Offshore and Onshore Delivery.
- Proven track record of Solution sales with 7-10 years' large "opportunity" sales experience, including complex bid/negotiation.
- Proven successful sales record in large account business solutions sales. "Hunter" oriented sales professional.
- Knowledge should be inclusive of Web Services Architecture/Development, BI Proof of Concept, BI Architecture, Data Warehousing, Business Analytics, OO Application Development, Testing and Application Maintenance.
- Understanding of the partner model of sales.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Knowledge of local clientele is a MUST.
