Senior Research Associate -Electrical and Computer Engineering- Pay Grade 43, DOE&Q, Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Applications with BS in Computer Science may be considered. Minimum ten years of work experience in software design, development, and unit testing. Demonstrated expertise required with OOD, C++, STL, multi-threaded programming, and native Windows development (not .NET). Experience with distributed or parallel programming, Internet protocols, and SQL highly desirable. Must be proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, UML, and Windows based documentation and diagramming tools. Must show ability and willingness to work on innovative and complex information systems.
