Analyzing risk, underwriting credit, and structuring appropriately for commercial Finance transactions. Manage a portfolio of participation in nationally syndicated ABL facilities. Underwrite new transactions and seek credit committee approval, work with agency on documentation, monitor credit and manage risk exposure, detect financial and non-financial early warning signals, underwrite changes/amendments, review audits and appraisals, cross-sell bank products where appropriate, and develop relationships with borrowers and agents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must command the respect of both the borrower and agent bank. Ability to work effectively with agent banks and ability to work under time constraints. Strong excel financial modeling skills. 10 + years of asset based lending experience including analysis, underwriting, credit portfolio management, and client calling skills.

Normally requires 10+ years of asset based lending experience including underwriting and credit portfolio management.
Requires B.A. or B.S.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, negotiate and manage complex asset based credit transactions.
Proficiency in relevant PC skills including: Excel financial modeling, Word, and Moody’s Risk Analyst.
Knowledge of loan documentation for secured transactions.
Work-out/collateral liquidation experience a plus.
