As a Recruiting Manager, you will source, interview & assess business professionals in person, then match them with the branch’s client companies - all using your sales and client service mentality to develop relationships that pave the way for future partnerships. You will interact with hiring managers such as CFOs, Directors of Finance, Controllers and supervisors to find them the best candidate match for their company, department and team. You will never be bored! Our clients are from the most interesting industries in the Bay Area: biotech, pharmaceutical, nanotechnology, software, gaming, financial services, healthcare - to name a few.

 

You will possess confidence, a sense of urgency, accountability to your team, and outstanding time management skills. Your future growth opportunities will be limited only by your own desire and your own drive.

 

The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance/accounting or related fields, or equivalent experience 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or similar experience know-how in partnering with internal or external clients to make great hires happen - a problem-solving and opportunity-mastering attitude is a must strong networking and referral generating skills ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy, communicative environment experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals is desired, but not required

 

Compensation

The role offers an outstanding compensation package and commission is paid monthly on a percentage of your placements.
