SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-MULTIFAMILY

Company Profile:

 

Our client is a privately held high profile multi-family apartment (garden, wrap & podium), urban/high density and mixed use developer and builder who is extremely entrepreneurially driven and very well capitalized.  Our client has new major developments ($50M-$100M) breaking ground in the Denver area and a significant pipeline developed for the region. There is a considerable amount of upward mobility and growth for the right candidate. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Our client is a national multifamily Developer and Builder with an in house construction division; this person will report to the Regional Executive. Will be responsible for managing multifamily apartment projects; experience managing multiple projects within the region is a plus. The right candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction of new apartment and mixed use projects that range from 50-100mil from preconstruction, construction through CO. Candidate must be technically strong in construction and understand how to manage a project, assemble teams, schedules, scopes, buyout, contracts, posses strong communication skills and understand the business associated with the overall success of the project. Must have experience assembling teams and working with/overseeing architects, consultants and engineers. Experience managing all preconstruction, sub contractors, trades and contracts. Be responsible for delivering the project on time and under budget. Experience working with all governing authorities for approvals and permitting.Experience working with the development team.Local Denver experience & contacts are required. (city, county and consultants, contractors and trades) Will lead all meetings as it relates to the project with consultants (arch, engineers, etc.) Solid understanding of all pre-construction (estimating, approvals, contracts, etc.)

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Real Estate preferred. Construction Project Management software experience required. Multi-Family wood frame and concrete experience. Solid communication skills Possess a strong knowledge of construction management Highly organized.

Location:  Denver, CO, CENTRAL TEXAS (Austin-san antonio area) & North carolina
