If you are a Project Manager with hospital, laboratory, and medical office experience, or with hotel and mixed-use experience, you’ll love working for this Design/Build general contractor and developer of high-end projects in the Denver, Colorado, region and the nearby resort areas in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. This general contractor’s high-profile clients continue to keep this company’s backlog full, making this one of the most financially strong and visible general contractors in the West. If you enjoy working with clients and architects on all types of healthcare projects, from medical and dental offices, ambulatory surgical centers, MRI facilities, full-service hospitals and day surgeries, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, we’re in need of your polished skills! Conversely, if you’re more of a Project Manager with mixed-use, retail, office and hospitality experience, you’re needed on this General Contractor’s team as well! Located in the south suburbs of Denver, CO, the company’s main offices are located in a charming area with wonderful amenities, including Colorado’s best public school district for your family and an easy drive to ski areas! Additional experience in universities, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities are a plus, but not required. Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Civil EngineeringFive to 20 years of Project Management experience for general contractorEstimating and pre-construction experience helpful, but not requiredSelf-starter; willing to accept direction but needs none  Must live in area or be willing to relocateFriendly, honest, integrity, sense of humorDesign/Build experience requiredSome travel may be required for certain projectsWorks well with clients to increase opportunities for repeat business
