About the Position:
We are currently seeking a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER. 

 

A leading General Contractor/Developer in Denver is in need of a Senior Project Manager with experience in leading a team that is building projects including retail, higher education, hotels, medical, high-end office and multi-family and more.  All of these projects are design build, so a background in design build is a MUST!

Responsibilities for this position include:

 

*Management experience on projects from start to finish

*Direct team, including Superintendents, Site Coordinator/Project Engineers on complete project updates

*Maintain project stays on time and under budget

*Must have design build experience

 

Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent and 5+ years Project Management experience.
 
Location:
Office is located in Denver, Colorado.
 
Compensation:
Company offers excellent compensation, $70,000-$100,000 DOE plus benefits.
