Fortune 500 well known Global Technology Company is looking for PPM Consultants.  The role of the Consultant is to analyze, design, lead and implement Portfolio and Project Management Tool.  Requires 5-7 years of experience in the technology industry with focus on consulting, applications software implementations, expertise in applying technology to meet customer needs.  POSITION CAN BE ANYWHERE IN THE WESTERN U.S. (Co-CA-Nevada-Idaho-Utah-Oregon-Washington-etc)  Telecommuting Opportunity, Exceptional company and benefit package.  Compensation in the $80-110K range

Main Duties:

1.  Plans, structures, and organizes work utilizing pproject and consulting methods and processes.

2.  Strong Project Management skills and experience

3.  Solid decision making after assessing customer situations

4.  Identifies and investigates customer issues

5.  Documents and reports on the use of new or enhanced PPM techniques, methods, processes, practices

6.  Reports to the Consulting Manager on the status of work/projects

Education and skills:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Business.

2+ years Applications Software Implementation experience with a fortune 500 companies or clients.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:  Must have the following

*  Knowledge of Mercury IT Governance tool

*  Ability to handle multiple projects

*  Knowledge of ERP Implementations in a technical /process rols

*  Prior implementation experience with an ERP Application ( eg: Oracle Applications-Patches, SAP-ABAP, BASIS, or PeopleSoft

*  E-Commerce technical expertise HTML, JavasScript, XML exposure

*  UNIX, NT, SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL knowledge a MUST.  Java & Web Services experience highly preferred

*  Ability to travel

*  Experience with Project Management Software or Portfolio Management Software such as Clarity, Primavera, or Planview.
