INFORMATION ON THE POSITION ·         Review the network and client requirement

·         Design all major aspects of the network

·         Support technical design, implementation and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Solutions Portfolio in client environments

·         Should be able to work independently and as  part of a team

 

 

INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         2-3 years of Cisco Unified Communications experience in a business-critical production environment

·         Strong experience with Cisco CallManager (Unified Communication Manager)and Cisco Unity system is a must

·         Experience in complex network environments (Voice and Data) designing and implementing data, access, performance, scalability, security, reliability and fault tolerance solutions

·         Experience with  Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), and Computer Telephony Interface (CTI)

·         Solid foundation of Routing and Switching skills (CCNP, CCIE or equivalent)

·         Consulting, design & implementation of Cisco’s UC solutions (CCVP, CIPT & Unity certification or equivalent) in client production environments is highly desired

·         Strong Interpersonal and Written communication skills required

·         Experience producing technical documentation for new and existing client environments

·         IT Consulting and Project Delivery experience highly desired

·         Experience with other OEM solutions (Avaya, Nortel, NEC) will be a plus

·         Experience with other Cisco UCapplications like Meetingplace, Meetingplace Express, UCC Express will be a plusIPCC and Call Center a plusAbility to travel 25-50% is possible based on location and project requirements

 

EDUCATION

A bachelor’s degree is required accompanied with designated certifications.  A master’s degree is preferred.  Candidates should have a desire to gain technical skills through advanced certifications (MCSE/CCNP/CCVP/CCIE) or other similar achievements.
