Job Purpose:

Serves customers by preparing mortgage loan requirements.

Duties:

*Completely manage small two person office in Central Hollywood. Only one Mortgage Originator. We are an affiliate branch of a nationwide Mortgage banking firm.

Located in convenient location inside of prestigious office building 3325 Hollywood Blvd., and Park Avenue. (Near FedEx Kinkos / Target plaza) APPOINTMENTS ONLY!

* Prepares mortgage loan file by reviewing loan application; clarifying or obtaining additional information.

* Confirms mortgage loan application information by mailing verification forms; contacting verification sources.

* Obtains mortgage loan documentation by ordering credit report, appraisal, title, and related information.

* Identifies mortgage loan application and documentation problems by highlighting deficiencies. Must have knowledge of lenders' products and be able to choose lenders for files based on criteria set by management.

* Prepares state disclosures and informs borrowers by calculating principal and interest payments, and closing costs; forwards information to borrowers.

* Keeps information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents. Must be organized.

* Maintains customer confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential and gives regular verbal and written updated to consumer.

* Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results by submitting fully proceed files to lenders.

Skills/Qualifications:

FHA and VA knowledge a must!!! Analyzing Information , General Math Skills, Excel Spreadsheet Report Preparation Skills, Research Skills, Financial Diagnosis skills. Must have excellent computer skills, as well as be have management skills. Must be familiar with uploading files and documents to banks. we process our files on Calyx Point.
